In this course you will learn about CFO and COO roles and responsibilities for Associations.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Learn about overlaps and distinctions between the CFO and COO roles
  • Learn how other associations structure the CFO and COO roles in their organization
  • Gain greater clarity on roles and responsibilities as an Association CFO and/or COO
