In this roundtable discussion led by the moderator Anna Amselle, we will discuss Association Membership Software: What Associations Should Keep in Mind when it comes to implementation or upgrades. There are a lot of details to consider from People, to Business Process to Technology.

  • Learn what best practices associations adopt as they consider which AMS system is best for their organization.  How the key stakeholders in the decision are involved in the selection process.
  • Learn how to identify key business processes and needs before evaluating a new AMS.
  • Learn what practices associations adopt to minimize business disruption and overworking of staff as a new AMS is implemented or a major upgrade is undertaken.
