This course discusses the dilemma of association management software (AMS) no longer being the hub for data, and how a best-of-breed technology approach can help solve this. We will look at popular examples of third-party integration tools like Zapier, and consider which solutions fit best in different scenarios. The course will explain the core concepts behind these technologies, so that attendees understand their capabilities and limitations when creating an ideal AMS solution for their organization. Participants will develop knowledge about system integrations, learn how to implement them quickly to maximize efficiency gains from using multiple software products together, and gain insight into effective strategies for managing data across diverse systems.
