COURSE DESCRIPTION:

As technology evolves, so does the way Associations approach member engagement campaigns. With the use of AI, Associations can now take a more personalized approach to member engagement that combines both the human touch and machine learning. Tools like the PropFuel 1 question survey make it easy to gather feedback and gauge member satisfaction in a way that is quick and efficient. By collecting and analyzing data on member interactions, Associations can identify at-risk renewals and take action to prevent them from leaving. It’s an exciting time to be in the world of membership management, as we can now turbocharge our efforts and deepen our relationships with members, thanks to AI.
