In today’s rapidly evolving landscape, technology plays a critical role in achieving organizational goals. This moderated roundtable, Mission & Tech Alignment, will explore the relationship between an organization’s mission and its technology strategies. Participants will engage in discussions about overcoming barriers to alignment, the role of IT in strategic planning, and how to strike a balance between operational stability and innovation. Attendees will have the opportunity to share experiences and learn from peers, providing insights into processes that ensure technology and organizational efforts are consistently mission-driven.
